Horse Judging 2025-2026
The 2025-2026 NJ Horse Judging competition will be held at the Gloucester County Dream Park on April 19, 2026.
Coaches must register their teams by March 30, 2026.
Contest check-in begins at 8:00 AM on Sunday, and the contest will begin promptly at 8:30 AM.
Horse Judging Information Sheet
The Horse Judging Contest gives you the opportunity to be the judge of a horse show. You will learn about a horse’s anatomy, including the ideal characteristics that enable proper movement. Additionally, you’ll discover how to score horses in a competitive setting and articulate the reasons behind the scores you assign to each horse.
